Recipe for success in Family Group Conference plans

What makes for a robust family plan?

What can we as coordinators do, in preparation, to help family members prepare for their Conference and consider what might make a robust plan?

How can Coordinators do this without overstepping the impartiality, and neutrality, of our role?

The outcome of an FGC is the plan – so helping family members consider the scope and value in creating a safe, realistic, sustainable family plan, is paramount.
