Free Prize Draw Terms & Conditions: Problem Solving Your Way

1. Eligibility: The draw is open to individuals who complete the Problem Solving Your Way 2025 survey and opt in to the draw, as indicated on their form. Participants must be aged 18 or over and residents of UK.

2. Entry: One entry per person. No purchase necessary. Entries are automatically submitted when a survey is submitted, consent provided to enter, and a valid email address provided.

3. Closing Date: Corresponding with the closure of the survey; 30 April 2025.

4. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and notified by email within 14 working days, following the closing date.

5. Prize: £10 Love2Shop voucher provided digitally. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

6. Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond within 14 working days to confirm email address, prior to the prize being sent. If unclaimed, a new winner will be drawn.

7. Data Protection: Personal data will be used solely for administering the draw in compliance with GDPR and will not be shared or retained beyond this purpose, unless explicit consent is given for further contact.

8. General: The organiser reserves the right to amend or withdraw the draw at any time without notice.
