Once a family has created their plan, there is a lot of learning and hard work for the family to make it work. This is a new process for everyone – but what is your role in this process? The family’s plan is the output of the FGC, but how can you best support the long-term and sustainable outcomes after the meeting?

Join this session to consider how the referrer can best help families embed their plan in a way that is reflective of the restorative model of FGCs. Consider how to encourage the family to continue their journey in working together to find their own solutions that will best work for them.

  • We are hosting a four-part virtual lunch and learn series exploring the critical ways referrers can play their role in the FGC partnership, helping to ensure the best outcomes for children and families before, during, and after an FGC.

  • Join us for an interactive session led by our Training Manager, Alison Powney, who offers over 20 years of experience in FGC delivery, management, and training, allowing you the opportunity to share with and learn from others.

  • Book to join in for one, more or all sessions. Each session will be 75 minutes long, starting at 1pm, and hosted via MS Teams.
